This is a six-session hands-on course where a beginner learns all the necessary principles and skills in baking. A discussion on different ingredients, equipments, and methods will be taken up. An assortment of fool proof recipes of bakeshop favorites to master the skills is the general scope of the course. Brownies, muffins, cakes, custards, breads are just some of the items to be done.
