This NCII TESDA Certified program is perfect for anyone aspiring to jumpstart their culinary career.

The objective of this course is to make world-class culinary education possible and accessible to anyone dreaming of becoming a chef. After finishing the course, students are expected to have gained strong theoretical foundation of the culinary arts; experience, expertise and skills to jumpstart a rewarding career in the food industry.

Schdule of Classes:
Monday - Friday (8:00AM - 12:00NN / 1:00 - 5:00 PM)

Course Inclusive of the following:  All ingredients, All Handouts (recipes), Diploma, Uniforms and Knife kit etc.

Requirements:
 
    At least High School graduate
    Completely Filled up AICA Application Form
    2 pcs. 2”x2” ID picture
    Php1,000 Examination Fee (entrance exam is for formality purposes only, Written essay and Interview)
 
    Medical Clearance (please specify allergies) (Chest x-ray, Urinalysis and stool, in any nearest clinic)
    Authenticated Copy of the following:
o    Birth Certificate
o    Marriage Certificate (if applicant is married)
    Certified True Copy of the following:
o    For High school Graduates, Form 137A or 138 & Diploma OR
o    For College Graduates, Transcript of Records & Diploma
    For Undergraduates:
o    For High school, Original Copy of Grades & Certificate of Attendance OR
o    For College, Original Copy of Grades & Certificate of Attendance
