Barbara T. Fernandez earned two degrees: Hotel and Restaurant Management (St. Paul Quezon City) and BS Business Administration major in Management (Philippine School of Business Administration). She also went on to receive her master’s degree from UST (Master of Science in Human Resource Management). In May 2006, she became Panasonic Philippines’ shared services manager.  She conducts seminars for Panasonic: Basic Supervision Course, Leadership Challenge, Practical Job Counselling, Work Attitudes and Values Enrichment, Team Effectiveness Training (Teambuilding), Basic Business Philosophy and Personality Development Course.
