Flow (Vinyasa)
Emphasis is given on connecting each movement by breath leading to a smooth, dynamic flow. The postures build from one to the next in a mindful manner. Students of all levels can modify to their own level of practice.
Gentle Yoga (Hatha)
Slow-paced style wherein poses & sequences are approached in gradual steps so they are easy and comfortable. This style is suitable for beginners.
Ashtanga Yoga
Based on the ancient & traditional style of yoga by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois, students go through a fixed sequence of poses, for a challenging and purifying practice. Recommended for those with experience practicing yoga.
Yin (Restorative)
Poses are held for longer periods of time, often with the aid of props. Great as a complement to other forms of strenuous exercise or to those just simply looking for a nice stretch or a relaxing practice.
Yogilates
Fusion of flow yoga and mat pilates with a lot of challenging core and leg strengthening exercises aimed to tone your muscles.
