CPR & Basic First Aid with Stop the Bleed Course
Requirements
1. 18 to 45 yrs old
2. 15 to 17 with consent of parents
3. Senior high school and above (graduate and undergraduate)
4. Good moral character
5. Willing to learn and be a part of our CSO to serve our local community voluntarily
6. With or without motor vehicles

Bring the following.
- 1 Medium size t-shirt and 9 any other size (USED)
- 1 1.5/2L empty bottle with bottle cap
- 1x1 meter unused cloth
- 1 any kind of stick at least 1 meter (tambo/tree branch)
- 1 medium size of carton
- Scissor
- Tape
- Pen
- Note
- Clothes for change
- Lunch
Outline
This training is based on how to respond in the community as a bystander and;
- How to perform CPR with emergency rescue breath
- CPR hands on only
- Cardiac Arrest and Respiratory Arrest
- Chocking
- Fracture and dislocation
- Bleeding control
