    1. How do I transform conflict into cooperation?
    2. What is listening to understand really all about?
    3. What is speaking to be understood?
    4. How do I get what I project and expect?  
  4. Bringing out the Best in People at their Worst
    1. How do I handle the 10 most unwanted people in an organization?  
  5. What If You're the Difficult Person?
    1. What do I need to do to counter my "difficult" personality?  
  6. Changing Your Attitude and Behavior
    1. How can I change my reactions?

Monette Iturralde-Hamlin


Maria Montserrat Iturralde Hamlin (Monette) is president and founder of TeamAsia, an award-winning strategic marketing communications firm that develops place, corporate, and personal brand strategies, creative concepts, and marketing communications programs and campaigns. She completed her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at the College of the Holy Spirit, graduating summa cum laude, and obtained a master’s in Business Management from the Asian Institute of Management with Distinction.
