Ella Publico is presently the Vice President and General Manager of Salt and Light Ventures (SLV), the flagship division of Breakthrough Leadership Management Consultancy, Inc. Her career at SLV began as a Marketing Consultant for John Maxwell Leadership Summit 2008, where she played key in organizing and selling the highly successful event. She later handled other projects and was eventually offered a full time post as Project Director and reported directly to the founders. Ella has exceptional people skills and has the profound ability to communicate and deal with varying unique personalities, even in the toughest of situations.This allowed her to earn the trust and confidence of her superiors, speakers, and clients.

Her other work experiences include being the Chief Operating Officer of a nursing review center with operations in key major cities nationwide; a Sales Manager for a medical publishing company; Business Development Officer for a professional medical services company; Sales Supervisor of a metal imprinting company, an Account Executive of a leading business magazine; and, Marketing Assistant to an entertainment organization. 

Ella is continuously living out her dream as a happy wife and a mom to three children.

GROWING LEADERS - is how we can describe Dr. Grace Sumbillo's experience. She has spent the last few years molding leaders through mentoring and relationship building as Human Resource and Organisational Development Manager of several corporations both in the service and manufacturing industries. Today, she is the Executive Director of Pamilya Muna Pilipinas (a member of Family First Asia) - a non-profit organization whose main strategy is to strengthen families and help moms and dads to become effective parents in today's world. She is also the Director for Business Development and Corporate Planning for World Teach Philippines - an equipping organization that teaches values-based leadership.

She has served as Leadership Development Mentor for Seaoil Philippines Inc. and as Human Resource and Organisational Development Consultant for both for profit and non-profit organizations such as Nutrinova Philippines, World Vision Philippines, Community Economic Ventures, etc.

She has also honed her skills as a professor of Human Resource Development, Educational Administration, Organization Development and Change and Transforming Leadership in various educational settings both here in the Philippines and abroad.

She holds a Doctor of Education (major in Adult Education) degree from the Asia Graduate School of Theology, a Master's of Divinity degree from Asian Theological Seminary, a Bachelor in Christian Education from the Philippine Baptist Theological Seminary and a Bachelor in Science in Business Administration from the Philippine Women's University.

 

Jordan Imutan made his rounds in various departments of the largest commercial bank in the Middle East for 20 years. He also managed projects and was the Program Director for a number of critical programs. One of his last programs was composed of 17 projects that reduced the bank's operating cost by 10% or 2 billion pesos a year. In December 2012, he decided to go back and share the knowledge and expertise he gained from this experience to the companies back in the Philippines. 

After living a retired life of only six months, he decided to spend a little time back in the workforce. He has set up a consulting (Axel Gabe Management Consulting) and an e-learning company (Beyond Notebooks).
