- CTB-101 is a one (1)-day Implanting Management Quality Program, designed for 200 TPSC Employees only, based on the meeting and interviews with the Client and its Stakeholders (i.e. direct “Immersion Process” by SPMC). The Title of the Team Building is “ACHIEVE” (A Dynamic Organizational Development Program), with an Alternative Title: “POWER” (People, Organization/Ownership, Wisdom, Energy and Results).
- CTB-101 has a very active and dynamic session that is inspired by the theme – “Coming together is a BEGINNING, Keeping together is PROGRESS and working together is SUCCESS.
- The initial CTB-101 Design shall be revised according to the set objectives and target output of the Client. Likewise, the Organizational Process is a creative approach that requires active participation which can be re-design to a combination of series
of active exercises. For Client, the SPMC Team Building Team will apply the following approach:
- “Amazing Race” style (A Reality TV program aired via Cable TV Channel 247 – “AXN”) with creative output from the Participants,
- Ropes and Obstacle Course (i.e. requires physical endurance, group tactical strategies while having fun, creative and healthy competition), and
- Classroom-like and/or Sit-Down processes to reflect with actual lessons learned and After-Action-Reviews AAR.
- At the end of the session, Client's Participants shall be able to:
- Create an environment that allows everyone to go beyond their limitation;
- Increase the level of inter-personal trust among employees;
- Increase employee’s level of satisfaction and commitment;
- Confront challenges and find an effective means to manage issues;
- Increase cooperation among the employees;
- Put in place process that will help improve the ongoing operation of the organization on a sustainable phase.

In 2016, joined Braj Binani Group in UAE as President for Projects with concurrent role as General Manager of 1x6,500 tpd and 1x1,500 tpd Integrated Clinker/Cement Plant in China. Furthermore, the various tasks demand provision of Consultancy Services on Operations-and-Maintenance and Project Management to stakeholders in Thailand, Laos, Vietnam, Indonesia, UAE, Bangladesh and the Philippines. SPMC Trainers Team also have worked with ACC Limited India in 2011 (a Holcim company) as Regional Technical Advisor responsible to drive Manufacturing Excellence and Initiatives to all the South Region Plants with 9.70 MTPA total cement production capacity. ...
