The HEALTH CARE SERVICES NC II Qualification consists of competencies that a person must achieve to assist with patient mobility, assist in transporting patients, assist with bio-psychosocial support care of patients, handle waste in a health care environment, prepare and maintain beds, collect and maintain linen stocks at end-user locations.

COURSE DESCRIPTION
This course is designed to enhance the knowledge, skills and attitudes of Health Care Services NC II in accordance with industry standards. It covers the basic common and core competencies in assisting with patient mobility, transport and bio-psychosocial support care of patients and handling waste in a health care environment, preparing and maintaining beds, collecting and maintaining linen stocks at end- user locations.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Trainees/students must possess the following requirements:

Pass the trainability / aptitude test
