Mr. Philip Mark Gutierrez
About the speaker:
Philip Mark is one of the Co-founder of Ground Gurus, he is currently a Senior Consultant at Capgemini, he was also a Software Engineer at Owens Asia in Pampanga for more than one year and he previously worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Incuventure Partners Corporation.
He has almost 10 years of experience now using JAVA in either work or outside work. He developed web applications using frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, Grails and using the database MS SQL Server. He was also a Chief Java Enterprise Architect at Global Strategic Solutions and Services Inc whose main job is to do Application Development for Java Technologies on Desktop and Web.
One of his passion is also ‘teaching’ he started as an ‘Education Consultant” at Sun Microsystems Philippines on where teach Java technology for the desktop and web platforms, Teach Unix for the Solaris Operating System, Conduct seminars and trainings in partnered schools.
His certifications include, Sun Certified Programmer for the Java 2 Platform 1.4, Sun and Certified Web Component Developer for Java Platform.
