COURSE OVERVIEW
The TRAINING OF TRAINER (TOT) course details one’s commitment and the practical stepsto be taken by the lecturer/practitioner to have skills and knowledge in the teaching and learningmanagement that to be implemented in your workplaces and other training services outside. This Manual aimed at providing the ‘need-to-know’ information on how an OSH Officer, Supervisor/Manager will become an effective and efficient teacher or trainer in teaching OSH concerns. This 24 basic course introduces the participants about the methods and approaches of teaching Occupational Safety and Health, the principles teaching, lesson planning and delivery and beating the challenge on a practical deliberation of what have learned by presenting an actual
demonstration teaching.
