Our training is ran by a BPO training manager who has been in the industry for 10 years. He has trained a lot of trainers and had developed them to be able to adapt to various client industries.
The training is a workshop, similar to Presentation Skills training, but adapted to the BPO setting. Learn how to train communication skills, customer service, technical, sales, etc. These fields have different knowledge orientation that must be considered in training.
This course is best ran for 2 days (minimum of 6 participants, maximum of 10.) The training will be done in the office of the client.
