Mondo has 20 years of experience in media, training, and corporate management and is a member of The John Maxwell Team. A former consultant for May-K Learning Center and Businessworks Inc, he occasionally works as a training associate/co-facilitator at Inspire! Leadership Consultancy and Salt & Light Ventures.

Mondo is currently a consultant for Catalyst 360, Salt & Light Ventures, TeleDevelopment Services, Inc., Powerskills, Inquirer Academy, a quality management consultant for LINC Consultancy, and is also a Business & Management Consultant for a U.S. based company Virtually in Credible, a division of Home Property Management. He is also currently undergoing certification for Dale Carnegie Philippines and Gallup International’s Strengthsfinder.

Mondo is also working closely with Ardy S. Abello, one of the country’s most sought after motivational speakers and trainers. Mondo was a ePLDT Ventus’ English Communication Supervisor, handling seven (7) call centers tasked to improve HR’s hiring process, outbound sales, customer service, the e-mail customer service department, and several other business projects.

His band THE PIN-UP GIRLS was signed to a U.S. indie label and was featured in a U.K. compilation CD and has with U.S. Christian indie label HolyZone Records. He is also an entrepreneur as he co-owns Stacy’s restaurant, in Greenstreet Quezon City and in BGC, with his wife Angelique and friends.

Mondo has Masters in Business Administration degrees from the Ateneo Graduate School of Business & the Regis University in Colorado.
