The baking and pastry arts program is designed to enhance your basic baking skills, providing you an overview of the principles on bread making and pastry production; as well develop in you techniques, procedures, and skillful application of the basics in institutional baking and pastry arts.

 

A Certificate of Completion and TESDA National Certificate II is awarded at the end of the course.
