Brown Academy of Music will be holding a 6-session songwriting course with award-winning songwriter, producer, and musical director, Jude Gitamondoc.  Jude is a multiple AWIT award winner, winner of the TFC Choice Awarrd in Himig Handog, and Grand Prize winner of the 28th Cebu Pop Music Festival.  His songs have been recorded by Gary Valenciano, Regine Velasquez, Nina, Erik Santos, Christian Bautista, Jed Madela, and many other artists.  Jude is the writer of such hit Bisaya songs as HaHaHaHasula and Pero Atik Ra, he was the composer of the musicals Siddhartha and Facebooked, and the musical director of Gugmang Giatay.

The course will be held on Saturday afternoons from July 7 until August 11.  The best chosen song as well as one song written co-written by all course participants will be performed publicly at the show of Brown Academy of Music held on Saturday, September 22 at Ayala Center Cebu.

Brown Academy of Music is a performing arts school located on the 2nd floor of Northgate Centre in Banilad Cebu, Philippines.  The school is owned by international singer Anna Fegi-Brown and husband and American music educator Adam Brown.  BAM provides complete music education for our students in all genres.  Our goal is to provide the best venues to our students to showcase their talent.
