Fundamental Risk Management (FRM-101) Definition and Objectives
  1. Fundamental Risk Management FRM-101 is a four (4)-day Fundamental Risk Management training course, designed for SPMC Clients only, based on the meeting and interviews with the Client and Stakeholders.
  2. Participants of FRM-101 will definitely understand the basics in managing Risks and shall make them capable to mitigate the impact of such Risk with the use of techniques to be learned from the training.
  3. Plan and prepare for a risk workshop (define scope, collect information, etc.). Conduct a risk workshop with the project management team and discuss the different risks. Position risks on the risk map according to significance and likelihood. Elaborate risk drivers (risk driver mind map)
  4. Participants will be able to:
    • Assess the risks present in a given project and to create risk awareness.
    • Avoid and reduce project threats and losses and to take advantage of project opportunities.
    • Help project teams improve their internal communication about project risks and work together more effectively to combat the risks.
    • Develop an action plan to reduce risk exposure and exploit opportunities.
    • Provide a proven and standardized method of managing project risks.
