Sadly, “Creativity” has long been relegated to the realm of the artist. For far too long, we have heard people say “I am not creative enough” or “I’m not an artist, so I cannot be creative”.
Let’s get something out of the way: creativity is NOT artistry.
In this virtual workshop, we will explore and understand the true nature of creativity in the context of human function. We will look at how our creativity works and how we can harness our own innate abilities to become creative both on a personal and a professional level. From this understanding we then look into “innovation” and what that means vis-a-vis creativity in the workplace. The workshop culminates with techniques on how you, and your team, can harness the power of creative thinking to bring about meaningful change and value to the business.
