NOTE - Period of the course and timings can be discussed. We try to adapt as much as possible our teaching methods towards each student learning skills and free time.

The course comprehends basic vocabulary and fundamentals of grammar through practice in speaking, listening comprehension, reading and writing, based on the Communicative Approach. The use of different media to explore cultural aspects of the Portuguese-speaking world will be integral part of the classes.

I have 3 years experience tutoring different levels of portuguese and english from kids to adults, I am an enthusiastic teacher who believes any student can grow and learn from individual tutoring that is engaging, relatable, exciting and personal to them. This is why I ensure that my sessions are catered to each student needs, interests and abilities so that they make great progress, increase their confidence and enjoy learning.

My name is Ivo Almeida, born and raise in Portugal. Around 10 years ago I decided to move to Asia, I've been leaving in Macau-China and around 1 year ago I moved to Philippines. I have 3 years experience tutoring different levels of portuguese and english from kids to adults, I am an enthusiastic teacher who believes any student can grow and learn from individual tutoring that is engaging, relatable, exciting and personal to them.
