Effective Workload & Time Management

Our life today has gotten extremely complicated with the evolving challenges of our jobs, the demands of family life, the pressures of society, the pursuit of personal goals and aspirations, and lately the anxieties and fear brought about by the pandemic. We are all drowning in things we must do; everything is important and urgent. Getting things done and being able to check off all the things on our daily to-do list has been an elusive accomplishment for almost everyone. We are all in a mad rush and our everyday workload never seems to end. We find ourselves exhausted physically, mentally, and emotionally.

In this virtual workshop, we will talk about practical steps in ensuring that we have impactful days that leave us energized and excited about what we’ve accomplished on a daily basis. We will understand that there is really no such thing as “time management”, but rather we must make “self-management and working smart” a habit. We will stop to reassess ourselves and identify what truly matters to us in both our work and personal lives and plot steps to make them happen. We will learn different strategies to boost productivity and manage our workload by effective planning, maximizing our time and energy, and working smarter in order to achieve more in work and life.
