Objectives

1. To establish and maintain a training center that will offer technical and vocational courses with focus on technical skills and entrepreneurial skills;
2. To develop and conduct human development resource programs, training courses, tutorial programs, seminars, conferences and such other programs to update the knowledge and information, develop skills and technologies for professionals, skilled workers and students;
3. To conduct assessment of skills for the purpose of qualifying a worker within a certification framework;
4. Provide community and livelihood training to support the heads of family, women and adults;
5. To procure machineries, facilities and equipment and/or purchase/lease land, buildings and offices as maybe necessary to carry out the objectives and purposes of the corporation; and
6. To establish, subject to existing laws, rules and regulations, branches within the territorial jurisdiction of the Philippines.
