Diploma in Baking and Pastry Arts

This program will teach you the theories, methods and techniques of baking and pastry arts that will enable you to go beyond recipes to creating your own formulas. By the program's end, you will have made everything from cakes and confections to classic breads and elegant desserts with ease, preparing you to create intricate and imaginative recipes of your own.

Duration: 6 months including OJT

Schdule of Classes:

Monday - Friday (8:00AM - 12:00NN / 1:00 - 5:00 PM)

Course Inclusive of the following:  All ingredients, All Handouts (recipes), Diploma, TESDA Certificate, Uniforms and Knife kit etc.

Requirements:
 
    At least High School graduate
    Completely Filled up AICA Application Form
    2 pcs. 2”x2” ID picture
    Php1,000 Examination Fee (entrance exam is for formality purposes only, Written essay and Interview)
 
    Medical Clearance (please specify allergies) (Chest x-ray, Urinalysis and stool, in any nearest clinic)
    Authenticated Copy of the following:
o    Birth Certificate
o    Marriage Certificate (if applicant is married)
    Certified True Copy of the following:
o    For High school Graduates, Form 137A or 138 & Diploma OR
o    For College Graduates, Transcript of Records & Diploma
    For Undergraduates:
o    For High school, Original Copy of Grades & Certificate of Attendance OR
o    For College, Original Copy of Grades & Certificate of Attendance
