Grand Diploma in Professional Culinary, Baking and Pastry Arts (GD) includes 8 months of in-house training which is a balanced training of Lecture, Demo and Lab. Earning this double diploma will give graduates a competitive advantage as they hunt for employment opportunities in and outside the country. This course also includes 600 hours of internship (Internship venue will be provided by the Internship Department of Global Academy).
