  1. Introduction to Conflict - How does conflict affect us? How do we deal withconflict? What is a Victim Mindset?
  2. Self-Leadership - How can I lead by example?
  3. Building Trust - Elements of trust, and helps participants discover what their preferred ways are of building trust, as well as what they can improve on
  4. Listening - Answers the following questions: How can we listen better? How can we show that we're listening? Why is listening important?
  5. Influencing - Teaches participants what influencing is, how we influence, and what our influencing styles are
  6. Dealing with Conflict - A safe environment is provided to learn from each other, and an activity is provided to apply the techniques learned in during the workshop.

Speaker/s

Doreen Cooper is an International Learning Facilitator, an Award-winning Speaker, the Star of a weekly Youtube show, and an Event and Lifestyle host.

She has designed and facilitated training programs for local and international organizations on topics such as Structuring Communications, Presentation Skills, Nonverbal Communication, Listening Skills, Conflict Handling, Influencing Skills, Communicating Across Cultures, Self-Leadership, and Collaboration Skills.

 Doreen has trained for companies in the Asia Pacific region for McKinsey & Company, the world's top management consulting firm. Currently she is also honing her skills as a speaker. Born to a family of speakers and educators, Doreen started engaging in public speaking when she was 13. She has a penchant for fashion styling and shares this as an added value in her seminars. .

She is currently the President of the Executive Toastmasters Club of Makati, a graduate of Organizational Communication at De La Salle University, and now, on a Masters Degree Program in Communications at Ateneo de Manila University.
