Details
In this workshop, conflict is presented as both natural and healthy for effective organizational workflows. It also is an impetus for change, as conflict-resolution brings about new policies or change in corporate culture.
However, improper handling of conflict brings about dysfunctional employee behavior and a skewed company culture.
This 2-day workshop prepares participants with the many ways of understanding how and why conflicts arise, and the proper basic skills of handling organizational conflict. The skills, concepts and techniques are based on Gregg Lee Carter and Joseph F. Byrnes’
studies on organizational conflict resolution, and Kurt Lewin’s conflict framework for intrapersonal and interpersonal conflict management.
Who can attend the workshop?
Executives, managers, supervisors, senior staff members and technical staff can participate in this workshop.
