FoodSHAP®, Inc. is the first training provider in the Philippines recognized by the Department of Health(DOH) specialized only in Food Safety & Hygiene training for Food Handlers in Catering and Retail. It is accredited by the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH) in the United Kingdom (UK).

To help you comply with the legal requirements and avoid penalties, FoodSHAP® offers its Food
Safety Training & Examination System FSTES©
The FoodSHAP® FSTES© follows a building blocks approach to help you get the most efficient training track possible from basic till the Food Safety Compliance Officer level (FSCO).
The FSTES© consists of three main training programs:
- FoodSHAP® Basic Food Safety (for Food Handlers)
- FoodSHAP® HACCP Principles & Practice
- FoodSHAP® Food Safety Compliance Officer (FSCO)
Important reminder!
Please take note that you need to pass FoodSHAP® Basic Food Safety for Food Handlers and
FoodSHAP® HACCP Principles & Practice written and practical exams before being allowedto take FoodSHAP® Food Safety Compliance Officer (FSCO) examination.
Students may attend the FSCO training (attendance only) in case they didn't pass HACCP, but they shall not be allowed to take the FSCO exam till they pass all prerequisite exams.

ABOUT MANILA INTERNATIONAL INTEGRATED LEARNING CENTER

MIILC is an internship auxiliary service provider that links higher education institutions (HEIs) with learning institutions and internship sites outside of the Philippines.

In early 2015, we have started a one-year Study and Work Program in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia in partnership with Sheffield Academy. This program is designed for Filipino students, high school and college graduates, and career shifters who wish to pursue a Diploma in Hospitality plus one year simultaneous work experience in hospitality industry.
