The success of organizations is largely dependent on the quality of leaders that supervise their people to achieve business objectives. It is said that the rise and fall any vision rests mainly on the ability of leaders to manage and direct people towards a common goal. Therefore the challenge is to have leaders who are able to manage processes, products,service and ultimately people.

The Basic People Management Program empowers the supervisors and managers to become effective leaders within the organization by learning various techniques and approaches to positively impact his team members and colleagues. Furthermore, this program helps align the supervisors and managers with the overall objective of the company to ensure that he represents the company in a way that represents its vision.

Jenn has over a decade of practical senior manager level experience in corporate management, entrepreneurship, and sales and marketing. As a speaker, she conducts talks on supervisory and managerial development, creative and critical thinking, management, planning, personal enhancement, and teambuilding.

Jenn has been involved in training activities of various organizations belonging to different industries. Her involvement includes the conduct of research activities to determine training  needs and objectives, actual delivery of training programs, and the administration of pre- and post-assessment activities.

Jenn is a graduate of the Assumption College with a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication, major in Communication Management.
