Lead Persons' Skills Facilitation Workshop

Lead persons carry unique roles in organizations. They are subject-matter experts and they usually are tasked to lead their respective teams in project implementations, but they don’t hold managerial functions. They are indispensable assets to the organization, and it takes a unique type of leadership style to facilitate the growth of these lead persons.

The Lead Person Skills Facilitation workshop is a 2-day program that deals with developing the skills of lead persons to effectively handle their responsibilities to their teams, and guide them towards further growth in the organization.

Lead persons (senior team members with higher technical knowledge), supervisors and managers can attend the Lead Persons’ Skills Facilitation Workshop.

Dr. Mariano "Butch" de la Cruz is a certified and licensed human resources professional, and has worked with several reputable companies, both local and international. He is currently the President and CEO of AHRMDCO International Consultancy, a US-Based human resources consultancy company. He is also currently a professional Lecturer for post-doctoral programs of Centro Escolar University and De La Salle-College of St. Benilde.

He worked with HROD Sheraton IIT Corporation as their VP and Director for their Center for Learning Institute in Asia-Pacific. He also is a collegiate professor for University of Maryland University, University of Southern California, University of San Diego, and Troy State University Graduate School of Management.

Dr. Butch de la Cruz is an expert of human resource management, training & development and organizational development (HROD), Industrial/Organizational Psychology-TQM-QMS-EMS, and Production and Project Management.
